Our Story
Our story starts on 2 February 1981, when our Principal Lawyer, Peter Joseph Arnott, opened the firm in Chatswood under its original name, Peter J Arnott & Company.
Peter's journey in law over the last 47 years since being admitted as a Solicitor in 1977 has seen him establish himself as an expert lawyer who unrelentingly champions his clients' best interests.
In 2024, a new chapter began as Peter's son, Joel Arnott, joined the firm, bringing with him a wealth of practical experience, having advised and guided employers and employees across all industries on employment law and HR matters.
As a multi-generational law firm looking to the future, Arnotts Lawyers is proud to continue providing high quality, thorough, and easy-to-understand legal advice to clients across Australia at reasonable prices.
