Probate
Probate is the court process of validating a will and giving the executor authority to manage the estate.

We can help by guiding you through probate, preparing and filing documents, representing the executor in court, managing estate assets and debts, distributing assets, and handling any disputes or challenges.
Power of Attorney
A power of attorney is a legal document that allows an individual to appoint someone else (the attorney) to make decisions and act on their behalf in financial, legal, and/or personal matters. We can assist you by providing advice on the different types of power of attorney, drafting and reviewing the document to ensure it meets your needs, before ensuring the document is properly executed and witnessed.
Application for Administration
An application for administration in the NSW Supreme Court is needed when someone dies without a valid will (intestate) or if the executor can't or won't manage the estate. The Court appoints an administrator to handle the deceased's assets as per intestacy laws.

We can help by advising on the process, filing the application, obtaining letters of administration, identifying and valuing assets, distributing assets to beneficiaries, and resolving any legal issues or disputes that come up.
Enduring Guardian
An enduring guardian is a person appointed by an individual (the principal) to make health and lifestyle decisions on their behalf if they become incapable of making those decisions themselves due to illness or incapacity. We can assist by drafting a precise enduring guardianship document that accurately reflects your wishes.

Family Provision Claims
A family provision claim in the NSW Supreme Court is a legal action by an eligible person (e.g., spouse, child, or dependent) who feels inadequately provided for in a deceased person's will. The claim seeks a court order for additional provision from the estate.
We can help by advising on eligibility, assessing case strength, negotiating settlements, preparing and filing court documents, representing you in court, and advocating for a fair distribution of the estate.
